Job Details:
• Location: Alexandra Road
• Salary: Up to $3500 Basic + $300+/- Shift Allowance + 2 Months Bonus
• Duration: Start 4 Sep/11 Sep - 1 Year Renewable
• Working hours: 5 days from Mon-Sun (Rostered), 8.5hrs shift between 7am-10pm, no overnight shift
Job Scope:
• Handle inbound phone call enquiries from members of the public regarding cards, loans, mortgages etc.
• Training is provided for 1 to 1.5 months
Requirements:
• Min Diploma with call centre experience
• Comfortable to do shift work
