Job Details:

Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).
· Ensure data integrity across all HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and transfers.
· Generate HR reports and dashboards to support People Ops decision-making.
· Assist employees with HR-related queries, policies, and processes.
· Support payroll, leave, and benefits administration by reconciling HR data.
