The Job Customer Service Rep ($14/hour | 6 month | No Exp Required)
Provide frontline verification service for foreign workers at the counter.
Handle daily backend duties like extracting workers' data, exporting workers' data to e-certificate template, sending of e-certificate to workers via email.
Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
Assist in replying to the customers' queries via Customer Feedback Management System (CFMS) on with queries related to the platform

Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Organized, meticulous with good communication skills and positive attitude.
Work independently as well as a team in a fast-paced environment.
