As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the workforce by identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent to drive business success. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding hiring needs to onboarding new employees, while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Attraction – Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals to build a strong pipeline of talent.
End-to-End Recruitment – Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer management.
Stakeholder Engagement – Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, align on role requirements, and provide expert advice on market trends.
Employer Branding – Represent the company professionally to candidates and actively promote the organization as an employer of choice.
Candidate Experience – Ensure timely communication, feedback, and smooth coordination throughout the recruitment process.
Market Insights – Stay updated on industry hiring trends, competitor activities, and salary benchmarks to remain competitive in talent acquisition.

Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelors in any discipline, mentorship will be provided
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
