Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Officer cum Admin (Contract, Healthcare)
Handle outbound calls, emails and service cases regarding policy enquiries and requests from customers and advisors.
Assist customers in navigating and using the Company’s online portal and mobile app.
Follow through on service requests, feedback and complaints to ensure timely and satisfactory closure.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, guidelines, and industry regulations.
Support the team in administrative duties, departmental workflows and documentation.
Requirements
Minimum Higher Nitec / Diploma qualification.
Able to commit 5 days a week
