Adecco is partnering with our client, a leading government healthcare agency, to hire a Manager (Digital Health Projects).

This role will start off as a 12-month contractual assignment under Adecco's payroll.

The Talent

Strong project management skills with healthcare or public sector experience preferred

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Public Health, Health Administration, Business, or related disciplines)

Good interpersonal, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and align multiple stakeholders

Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple complex workstreams

Familiarity with digital health, patient engagement initiatives, or policy development will be an advantage

Job Description

Provide project support to ensure thorough execution and timely delivery of a digital nudging framework for public healthcare, aimed at improving patient engagement and health outcomes

Support envisioning and stakeholder consensus-building efforts to ensure the framework is ambitious, sustainable, and widely supported

Contribute to the development of policies, schemes, standards, and guidelines related to digital health initiatives

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project timelines, deliverables, and action items

Coordinate meetings and workshops with stakeholders, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up actions

Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders
