Export Customer Service Officer / Executive


Job Description

The Opportunity:

Responsible for end-to-end export coordination from documentation to shipment tracking.

Engage directly with customers to ensure smooth export processes and timely updates.

The Job:


Provide flight details to customers within one hour of booking receipt

Ensure export documents comply with regulations during order processing

Apply correct export permits and customs processes in a timely manner

Monitor onboard status and inform customers of any irregularities

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for shipment status updates

The Talent


Minimum diploma required for this position

At least five years of experience in the logistics industry

Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Strong communication skills for effective interaction with departments

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
