The Opportunity
It is an opportunity for an experienced HR Executive to join the team
This will start off as a 12 months contract
The Job
Support HR systems administration and ensure data integrity across HR platforms
Develop, maintain, and improve RNF reports, dashboards, and data analysis using Excel
Partner with HR Ops colleagues and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that increase efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure all operational processes are consistent with HR policies and Group compliance and Regulatory requirements
Provide any ad hoc HR Operations support as assigned from time to time
The Talent
Strong proficiency in Excel
Experience in HR systems, HR analytics, or HR process improvement is an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify opportunities for efficiency
Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with relevant stakeholders
