This role is responsible for overseeing key human resources functions that support workforce management and organizational development.
The job:
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from preparing job postings and screening candidates to arranging interviews and reference checks.
Coordinate onboarding activities and orientations to ensure a smooth start for new employees.
Support the development of a talent pool by identifying hiring needs and maintaining candidate pipelines.
Administer compensation and benefits programs such as insurance coverage and performance incentives, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
Organize and track employee training, development, and performance review activities.
Manage offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and clearance documentation.
Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with Singapore labour regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records related to attendance, leave, and benefits.
Prepare HR reports and data analysis (e.g. headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics).
Stay updated on employment laws and HR best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
Support management with ad hoc HR and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
2 - 5 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong understanding of HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR systems (e.g. QuickHR).
Proficiency in English and Mandarin will be an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and overseas stakeholders.
