The Job

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and inbounding deliveries.

Organize goods in racks, chillers, and freezers; maintain a clean and safe environment.

Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to ground staff; enforce SOP compliance.

Coordinate and schedule deliveries with driver partners.

Monitor stock aging, expiries, and temperature logs.

Train new team members and ensure productivity, quality, and service KPIs are met.

Track and report KPIs and employee performance; maintain records and analyze reports.

Identify improvement areas and optimize processes for efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment.

The Talent

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant certification.

Supervisory experience in warehouse operations with proven ability to lead teams.

Familiarity with IMS/WMS systems, barcode scanning, and reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets).

Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Ability to analyze data and maintain accurate records.

Hands-on approach and ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Prior experience in supermarket, e-commerce, or supply chain operations is an advantage.

Willing to work on weekends.
