This is a newly created role due to an opening of Distribution Centre in Singapore
Salary: $6500
Location: West (Benoi)
12 months contract! (Convertible to perm, subjected to performance / business directions)
The Talent
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Trade, or related field.
Min 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in apparel or textiles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Expertise in customs operations and tariff classifications.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Query, etc.).
Proactive, open-minded, and committed to continuous learning.
Job Description
Oversee import/export documentation and operations across APAC markets.
Manage relationships with customs brokers, vendors, and trade associations.
Develop and maintain trade policies, SOPs, and audit programs.
Monitor compliance with trade regulations and duty/tax reimbursements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, retail, production) to resolve trade-related issues.
Support trade preference programs and cost-saving initiatives.
Lead implementation and maintenance of trade management platforms.
Analyse trade data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Provide training and guidance on trade operations across the organisation.
Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.
