The Job
Establish and manage strong business relationships with merchants
Servicing accounts by undertaking queries, troubleshooting issues and providing resolutions
Liaising with merchants on necessary documents and updating into system
Querying data & generating report for merchants request and management needs
Perform broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses for merchant business review
Gain a deep understanding of our app's products (i.e.. Ads or Marketing services) and business goals to inform cross-sell strategies
Other ad hoc admin & customer service duties
The Talent
Microsoft Word/PowerPoint/Excel Skills (Knowledge of functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
Experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Strategy, or Operations
Account Management experience preferred
Knowledge of Tableau, Holistic, Salesforce, Power BI, SQL would be a bonus
