Admin (Project Support/Proficient in Excel) - Walkable from Joo Koon
Location : Joo Koon (Walkable from Joo Koon MRT)
Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am – 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 Basic + Variable Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Assisting and supporting the project Manager
Maintaining project documentation
Ordering of parts for project and monitoring budget
Tracking and communicating project purchases and delivery
Planning workflow and monitoring schedules
Coordinating with team members to keep workflow on track
Requirements:
1 year of relevant experience or more
Minimum O Level
