Account Assistant / Admin Assistant Required in Singapore
Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant / Admin Assistant to join a company in the building and construction sector on a permanent basis. The role is based in Tuas, with transport provided from Joo Koon MRT, and follows a 5-day work week from 9:00am to 6:00pm. This position offers a stable working schedule with basic salary and performance-based bonus, making it suitable for candidates seeking long-term growth in both administrative and accounts support functions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prepare quotations, basic design concepts, and work schedules to support ongoing projects.
Coordinate project activities and liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
Provide general administrative support to maintain efficient day-to-day office operations.
Issue invoices, record customer payments, and manage basic billing and accounting tasks.
Review and verify staff petty cash claims for accuracy and completeness.
Support the Head of Department with assigned administrative and coordination duties.
Carry out additional tasks as assigned by Management to support business operations.
What We’re Looking For
A Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in administrative or accounts-related roles.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Candidates without prior relevant experience are welcome, as training will be provided.
