GOVT CALL CENTER OFFICER - Central | OFFICE HOURS | Customer Service
• Handles Government call center helpline
• Provide quality customer service to Publics through the phone/Live-chat
• Answers inquiries by clarifying, and providing information
• Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call backs to Publics if necessary
LOCATION:
• North Central
SALARY :
Basic: $2400 - $2650 (Depends on Experience)
14 AL & 14 MC
Medical Coverage
1 year contract
WORKING DAYS & HOURS:
• Mon to Fri - 8.30am - 6pm
• Alternate Sat - 8.30am - 1pm
REQUIREMENTS:
• GCE O Level with Experience or Diploma
• Min 1 year in Call Center Experience
