The Job
* Handle client inquiries and account issues via email and phone.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (exchanges, brokers, regulators).
* Prepare and update SOPs; ensure compliance with regulatory and risk guidelines.
* Drive process improvements and automation projects for efficiency.
* Support user requirements, UAT, and change coordination for system/process updates.
* Disseminate client communications and updates.
The Talent
Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
Proficient in MS Office
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines
Able to work independently and in a team
Willing to learn and adapt
Familiarity with Treasury & Markets products is an advantage
