Contract Bank Executive, Consumer Credit Cards at Raffles Place, up to $3500
Responsibilities:?
Manage stationery inventory and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
Track and reconcile the accrual of expenses and invoices related to various credit card.
Attend to customer queries professionally and promptly.
Perform data checks to ensure accuracy for campaign rollout. Support timely fulfilment by coordinating with relevant teams and ensuring data integrity.
Ensure information about credit card on customer facing platforms are accurate and consistent.
Assist Product Manager in developing marketing collaterals such as EDMs, Push Notifications and social media assets for credit card products and campaigns. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and marketing agencies teams to ensure timely delivery.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:?
Degree qualifications in finance, marketing or related-fields preferred
Understanding of Singapore cards market
Strong communication skills, able to map out process in a structured manner, and ability to multitask
Proficient in excel and PowerPoint (comfortable with using vlookup and pivot tables)
Tenacious, resourceful and eager to learn
Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage internal stakeholders
High level of energy, strong coordination and campaign management skills
Detail oriented, result driven and good team player
Self-starter who is proactive and takes initiative
Ability to work to deadlines and multi-task
