Responsibilities
Perform outbound calls to promote, upsell, and retain.
Manage and resolve customer objections effectively.
Maximise lead conversions within stipulated timelines.
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Requirements
Strong Communication skills is a requirement
Sales/tele-sales experience will be an advantage
