Admin Coordinator (Finance Department) #HJX
Requirements:
Local Polytechnic Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec and above
No Experience Needed as training is provided
This is a long term role
Working Hours;
Monday – Thursday: 8.30AM – 5:55PM
Friday – 8.30am – 5.30PM (8 hours)
Sat: 4 hours - Once every 12 weeks
Billing
• Responsible for the preparation of timely and accurate billing for all inpatients, and that all patient accounts are adequately covered with money/ Medisave funds.
• To provide financial counseling to all patients (including upgrade and downgrade cases). Contacts with patients and family members are attended to promptly in a courteous, caring and efficient manner.
Customer Service Support
• responsible for the handling of bill enquiries and payment collection from patients over the service counter,
• assists patients and public visitors with the use of self-service devices at the e-Lobby whenever necessary, and
• required to efficiently escalate, keep track and follow up on outstanding queries (if any) to reduce the delay in response time.
