Job Description

As the Store Manager, you will oversee the full spectrum of store operations - from leading and developing your team to achieving business targets and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities


Lead, coach, and develop the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed sales goals.

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with company standards.

Analyze sales performance, KPIs, and profitability to propose and implement improvement plans.

Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluation to build a strong and motivated team.

Maintain high standards in visual merchandising, stock accuracy, and overall store presentation.

What We're Looking For


Minimum 6 years' retail management experience, including 3 years leading a large team in a fast-paced environment.

Proven leadership with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Passion for beauty, retail excellence, and exceptional customer experience.

Strong analytical mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
