The Opportunity: HR Generalist (Northeast | up to $4000)

2. 5 days work week (M-F 9am to 6pm flexible working hours)
3. Basic up to $4000 (depending on experience)
Our client is the Singapore branch of the global Group, supplying electronic and electromechanical components such as capacitors, inductors, connectors, and sensors. They are looking for a HR Generalist to join their company. You will be responsible for managing the day to day HR administration and provide support across various regions.
The Job:
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HRIS data.
Handle end-to-end onboarding and offboarding.
Prepare payroll inputs, attendance, and HR reports.
Manage benefits administration and policy updates.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment.
Plan and coordinate company and HR events.
Manage IT equipment, reports, and basic troubleshooting
The Talent:
Minimum Diploma in Business or relevant specialisation
2 years experience in HR generalist role
Familiar with end to end HR processes
Exposure to HR practices and regulations
