HR & Admin Asst Required in Singapore


Job Description

Singaporean Only! HR & Admin Asst (HR & Admin Exp/Construction/Central)


Responsibilities


* Manage fingerprint registration for all employees, including subcontract workers


* Monitor, verify, and maintain accurate staff attendance records in the Easytime system


* Administer staff leave applications using EPE and Easytime platforms


* Generate and validate attendance reports for subcontract workers


* Prepare LOG and follow up on employees’ medical claims


* Coordinate and schedule annual noise monitoring examinations


* Maintain and update foreign worker records, including personal details, across personnel files, Sage system, and the master name list


* Raise requisition orders and manage the procurement of stationery, gifts, hampers, and wreaths


* Liaise with telecommunications service providers regarding corporate phone line matters


* Organize, update, and maintain production personnel files


* Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned



Requirements


* Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification or relevant office skills certification


* Ability to work independently with strong task prioritization skills


* Good personality with a responsible and proactive, can-do attitude


* Strong organizational, planning, and communication abilities


* Discreet, detail-oriented, and meticulous in handling confidential information
