Customer Service Officer (COLD CALLING) - ALL WELCOME
Location : Tampines Industrial Crescent
Working hours : 5 working days, Monday-Friday 8:30- 5:30
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $3400+ Performance Bonus
Duration : Perm
Industry : Freight Forwarding Industry
Main Responsibilities:
Attending to Customer’s enquiries and booking of shipments
Do cold calling 150 per day
To check and ensure customers special request/handling is duly complied
Deal with the respective parties effectively & efficiently, using a diplomacy and negotiation skills
Good fillings systems and proper housekeeping
Build and improve good working relationships with the internal and external customers
Requirements:
ALL WELCOME - Training Provided
Proficient in MS office applications
Able to do cold calling
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
