???? Job Responsibilities
Handle corporate client enquiries and service requests
Respond to enquiries by clarifying issues and providing accurate information
Assist with billing enquiries, resolve billing issues, and perform billing adjustments when required
Deliver quality customer service via email (majority) and phone
???? Requirements
Minimum A-Level or Diploma qualification
No outstanding bills with the client

Near Serangoon / Ang Mo Kio MRT
