Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage customers by providing excellent customer service and professional beauty advice
Conduct product demonstrations and recommend suitable products based on individual customer needs
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty
Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall business growth
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, beauty, cosmetics, or related industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
