Mon to Fri; 9am-6pm / 8am-5pm
Human Resources
Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities
Process payroll, CPF, IRAS submissions, employee claims, and leave administration
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist with HR policies and employee engagement initiatives
Finance & Accounts
Prepare invoices and maintain financial records
Track payments, expenses, and outstanding invoices
Follow up on collections and payment matters
Liaise with external accountants for monthly closing and reporting
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related field
1–2 years of relevant HR and/or accounting experience
