Sales Manager/Sales Director (Commercial Kitchen Equipments)
Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $9,000 + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 days annual leaves + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300

Main Responsibilities:
Lead overall business operations, sales strategy, and revenue growth.
Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and profitability.
Manage sales teams and cross-functional departments to drive performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion.
Oversee budgets, cost control, reporting, and P&L performance.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and sales performance to improve business strategy.
Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline; MBA advantageous.
Minimum 7–10 years of sales leadership, business operations, or general management experience.
Proven track record in revenue growth, sales team management, and business expansion.
Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and P&L management.
Proficiency in Japanese language will be an advantage as the role involves regular liaison with Japanese-speaking clients on work-related matters.
