Job Responsibilities:
Manage villa bookings, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
Handle guest enquiries, payments, and booking-related requests
Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
Prepare reports, support billing processes, and assist with daily operations
Working Hours:
5-Day Work Week (Monday–Sunday roster)
9:00am – 6:15pm
