Our client, a Mutliantional Tehcnology company, is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant and Administrative Assistant (APAC).
Location: CBD Area, Singapore
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM
Contract: until 31st Dec 2026 - renewable!
Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars for the Chief of Staff (based in Singapore), coordinating meetings across multiple time zones and ensuring leaders stay ahead of shifting priorities.
Partner with stakeholders to arrange internal and external meetings, oversee travel bookings in line with company policies, and handle end?to?end logistics including visas and accommodations.
Support operational processes such as expense submissions, procurement requests, and invoice tracking, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Role split: 70% Executive Assistant duties / 30% Administrative Assistant duties.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ experience as an administrative assistant within a multinational environment.
Experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
Willingness to focus primarily on EA responsibilities (70%) while also handling administrative tasks (30%).
Proficient in office productivity tools, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly and reprioritize with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast?paced environment; agile and detail?oriented.
Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
Prior exposure to large global organizations is advantageous but not mandatory.
