The Job:
1 year Call Centre Officer ($3,500 to $4,000) Shift Work #NJA
Answering incoming calls from both internal and external customers
Log, dispatch and close callback tickets in SAP
Update all tickets status in excel for record keeping
Manage follow-up cases and liaise with respective Engineer on assignment of technician for mantrap
Analyze triggered ticket in SAP and determine whether to dispatch technician or cancel ticket
Update of technician roster (rotate among the team)
Generating stop-lift reports (rotate among the team)
Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor / manager
Requirements:
Min Diploma with 3years of call centre working experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and team-player
Proficient in MS Office
