HR Executive
Location: Tai Seng (2 minutes walk from Tai Seng MRT)
Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Assist in payroll preparation and processing including verifying attendance, overtime payment and resignation
Upkeep and maintain HR database, employee records and prepare all HR letters
Review, recommend and administer retention/reward/employee benefit schemes for the organisation
Responsible for monthly reports for management review
Advice employees on C&B and policy explanation
Assist in handling employee relation matters such as employee welfare, feedback/grievances
Ensure timely application, renewal and cancellation of work passes
Draft disciplinary letters, memos and any other write-ups
Outlet visitation on staff well-being and conducting exit interview
Coordinate performance appraisal exercise, consolidate appraisal results, promotions and salary reviews
In charge of medical reimbursement and WICA reporting
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
2 years of relevant experience required
Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office (especially Excel)
