Admin Assistant (Construction) - ALL WELCOME
Location : Lower Delta Road (Bus nearby)
Working hours : 5.5 days Monday to Friday, 830-530pm, Sat 830-1230pm.
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3300 + AWS + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Manage inquiries and provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Maintain proper organization and filing system, storage of documents and information.
Coordinate Between Construction Teams and Office management teams
Handle Day to day enquiries (phone/email) and support Management & Construction Teams
Support site teams with permits, manpower records, safety, and compliance documents.
Maintain accurate reports and assist in tracking project progress and resources.
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry requirements.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Possess a relevant Administration qualification will be advantage
Minimum 5 years' experience in administration support, in the construction / process industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
