HR cum Admin Assistant (Simple Duties/ Work Pass Application)
Location : Loyang Crescent (Company Bus Pickup location - Ang Mio Kio MRT, Hougang Ave 2, Pasir Ris MRT and Pasir Ris Street 1)
Working hours : 5 Working day (Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM)
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + AWS + Bonus + 14 days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
MOM and other statutory submissions
Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
Administer HR contracts, benefits and insurance
Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
Ensure compliance with Employment Act and regulations
Perform other HR duties as assigned
Maintain office & workshop upkeep and regulatory compliance
Manage leases, service contracts and insurance renewals
Monitor and replenish office/pantry supplies
Support MOM, safety, ISO and certification matters
Provide general admin support (travel, filing, mail)
Perform other admin duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma holder
1-2 years experience in HR and administrative roles, especially in SMEs
Familiarity with relevant laws such as employment laws, CPF rules is preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel and Word)
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
