Business Administration Executive (Corporate Setup & Expansion) - Japanese Speaking
Location : Marina Bay Area
Working hours : 5 days a week | Office Hours 10am -8pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $10k + $50 Mobile Allowance + AWS + 18 days Annual Leave

Requirements
Support incorporation and setup of new business entities in Singapore (ACRA, licensing, compliance, bank account opening).
Coordinate with corporate secretaries, legal advisors, auditors, and government agencies.
Conduct research and assist in execution of new business initiatives and expansion projects.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and track project timelines.
Manage executive calendar, travel arrangements, correspondence, and documentation.
Oversee expense claims, document control, and general administrative support with strict confidentiality.
Provide after-hours support when required to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements
Diploma, Degree, or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrator
Knowledge and hands-on experience in assisting with the setup or opening of new business entities is required
Proficiency in English and business-level Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
