The Opportunity
Our client, a leading global technology organization, is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support a General Manager and Business Manager within a high-performing ASEAN business unit.
This role requires a confident and self-driven professional with strong experience in executive support, complex calendar and travel management, and regional stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced corporate environment.
The Talent
4-5 years of experience supporting senior leadership in a dynamic corporate setting
Strong complex calendar and international travel management experience
Proven ability to work independently and proactively, anticipating needs
Experience coordinating executive visits, events, and supplier/vendor management
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across regional stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
Exposure to Tech MNC or consulting environments is advantageous
The Job
Executive calendar and priority management for GM and BM
End-to-end international travel coordination (multi-leg itineraries, accommodation, logistics)
Expense management and financial administration
Coordination of executive visits, offsites, and events, including vendor liaison and facilities bookings
Liaison with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
