Job Description

HR Manager (SEA & China)


Location : North East – Tai Seng Drive


Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm


Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $8,000 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical Leave + Medical Coverage + Birthday Leave


Duration : Permanent


Industry : Semiconductor




Main Responsibilities:


Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.


Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction.


Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and local regulations.


Manage payroll, benefits administration, and staff welfare programs.


Support managers in training, talent development planning.


Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and reporting requirements.


Handle employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.


Champion a positive, transparent, and collaborative workplace culture.


Manage the Regional HR team in Singapore, Thailand and China.


Handle confidential matters with discretion.




Requirements:


Diploma/Degree holder with Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing.


Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.


Competency in analyzing HR metrics and data, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction surveys, and performance metrics, to make informed decisions and improve HR processes.


High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.


Strong collaborator and able to work under ambiguities and face-paced environment.


Passion for driving process improvements and implementing best practices in HR.
