Job Description
Serve as a generalist and subject matter expert in account services, and work closely with internal stakeholders
Authorize and handle complex processes related to judicial management, requiring specialized skills and experience
Manage a diverse range of complex cases, including bankruptcy/voluntary liquidation, injunction/discovery/garnishee order, bailors/maintenance enforcement order, unsound mind cases, lasting power of attorney (LPA) and revocation, and deceased handling
Liaise with external parties, such as legal representatives, government agencies, and other stakeholders, to ensure efficient and effective case management
