Admin Assistant (Invoice/ Data Entry)
Location : Ubi
Working hours : 5 days (Monday -Friday 9.00am-5.00pm)
Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3200 + Variable Bonus + 14 days annual leave

Main Responsibilities:
Handle general administrative duties and office coordination
Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and ensure proper filing
Maintain organised finance and admin records (softcopy & hardcopy)
Assist during audit periods by preparing basic schedules and documents
Liaise with internal teams and external parties on admin matters
Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
Requirements:
Diploma / Certificate in Business Administration, Accounting or related field
1–2 years of experience in admin or accounts support role preferred
Basic understanding of accounting processes (training provided)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
