The Business Development Executive supports the growth of EASE Jobs by identifying new business opportunities, engaging corporate clients, and coordinating internally to propose suitable job advertising and recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for EASE Jobs
Engage potential clients to understand hiring and recruitment needs
Present job advertising and recruitment solutions to clients
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial materials
Coordinate with internal teams to support client onboarding
Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach, and follow-ups
Job Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with client engagement and presentations
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
Prior experience in business development or sales is an advantage
