Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 Basic + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave (Additional 1 day every year) + Medical & Dental Benefits + Annual Increment

Responsibilities:
Manage boutique and warehouse inventory, stock transfers, and reconciliations.
Conduct stock audits and monitor inventory to prevent shortages or losses.
Process stock requisitions and prepare packing lists and delivery orders.
Coordinate deliveries and shipments with logistics partners and 3PL providers.
Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve delivery or order issues.
Track supplier production timelines and arrange inbound shipments.
Source materials/products and obtain competitive supplier quotations.
Support boutiques with stock replenishment and operational needs.
Participate in stock checks, audits, and operational improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, inventory, or supply chain roles.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
