Working hours: 5 days | Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 Basic + 14 Days Annual Leave + Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in visitors and phone enquiries.
Provide general admin support (faxing, copying, printing).
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are ready.
Send reminders to clients for meetings and court dates.
Maintain office stationery and pantry supplies.
Assist with file archiving and other admin duties.
Requirements
At least 1 year of front desk or office administration experience
Experience working in a law firm is an advantage
Able to start work immediately or on short notice preferred
