Administrative Executive / Business Administrator – Project & Team Support


Location : City/ Downtown - 2 minutes walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT Station (EW15)


Working hours : 5 Days - Office hours/ Hybrid working policy & flexible working hours


Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5000 per month + profit sharing (subject to global performance) + 13th month bonus.

Job Responsibilities:


Provide administrative support to teams including calendar coordination, meeting arrangements, travel bookings and event logistics.


Prepare and format documents, reports and presentations according to corporate templates.


Maintain records and internal systems, including updating CRM entries, project documentation and distribution lists.


Support project and tender administration, including document compilation, coordination of submissions and filing.


Assist with timesheets, expense processing, invoice submissions and basic reporting.


Coordinate staff onboarding/offboarding and training logistics.


Manage general enquiries and internal administrative requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.


Provide ad-hoc administrative and project support to business teams when required.






Job Requirements:


Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline, or equivalent administrative experience.


1-2 years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.


Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Strong organisation, time-management and document coordination skills.


Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal stakeholders.


Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism when handling information.
