5.5 Days Work Weeks
Monday to Friday : 0830 – 1730
Saturday : 0830 – 1230
Job Responsibilities:
Liaising with freight forwarders, direct customers, and overseas agency for outgoing shipments.
Any documentation duties as per instruct by superior.
Attending to phone calls and email enquiries on internal or external customer.
Liaising with planner, QC and Sales for the product transfer within the company.
Data entry of various shipment information into the system (NAV).
Working and support closely with Sales and operation team.
Manage and maintain smooth daily operations.
Support and hand-on in the packing department.
Any others duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Knowledgeable in import/export procedures is an advantage.
Basic computer application is required.
Strong communications and supervision skills.
Able to work well under pressure and tight schedule.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
