Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 5:30pm
Responsibilities:
1. Handle day-to-day general admin and office tasks independently.
2. Maintain and coordinate various company matters, including communication with colleagues in China.
3. Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
4. Maintain office equipment, manage the office cleaners, supplies and facilities.
5. Handle contract-related documents, including proofreading contracts, preparing pre- and post-signoff documents, and filing.
6. Prepare regular sales reports and perform basic data analysis as required.
7. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or above in any discipline.
2. More than 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in both administrative and sales admin roles.
3. Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and general Windows operation.
7. Willingness to learn and use AI tools or other new technologies to improve efficiency.
