Senior HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)
Location : Paya Lebar
Working hours : Monday to Friday, 9.00AM to 6.00PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 + 12 - 18 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and maintain talent pipelines.
Oversee internship programmes and manage related government internship grants.
Administer HR-related government grants and ensure compliance and reporting.
Support performance management processes including appraisals and PIPs.
Manage work pass applications, renewals, and compliance with employment regulations.
Support employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and HR policy implementation.
Supervise HR support staff and ensure proper HR documentation and processes.
Requirements:
Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and work pass regulations.
Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
