Shipping Operations Executive / Customer Service Support
Location : Tuas
Working hours : Mon to Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3600 + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Prepare and process shipping documentation including Import/Export, LC, Bill of Lading, and FTA documents.
Coordinate shipments with forwarders, transporters, and shipping lines to ensure smooth delivery.
Provide customer support on shipment enquiries, shipping options, timelines, and regulations.
Arrange freight bookings and shipment scheduling according to company requirements.
Handle customer enquiries or complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Send shipment documents to clients, agents, and shipping partners accurately and on time.
Maintain good relationships with agents, shipping companies, and logistics partners.
Monitor shipping rates and conduct basic cost analysis.
Support overseas agents coordination and development of new accounts.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support business growth.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
Candidates with experience in shipping documentation or logistics coordination will have an advantage.
Good knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation is preferred.
