Accounts Exec Responsibilities
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and payment vouchers.
Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
Manage expense tracking and petty cash.
Assist with tax filings, GST/VAT submissions, and audits.
Coordinate with external accountants and auditors when required.
HR Exec Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Process payroll and employee benefits administration.
Manage leave records, attendance, and HR systems.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Ensure HR policies and labor law compliance.
Assist with training coordination and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in accounting and/or HR administration.
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, SAP, or similar).
Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
