Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is looking for a hands-on Senior HR Executive to support corporate HR operations, employee relations, and people initiatives across the organisation.
This role works closely with management and plays an important part in maintaining HR governance, supporting business operations, and ensuring consistent HR practices. The position is best suited for candidates who enjoy working in a dynamic SME environment where versatility and ownership are important.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Support
Provide practical HR advice and support to managers on employee matters
Ensure consistent implementation of company HR policies and procedures
Handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion
Employee Relations & Case Management
Manage employee relations matters including disciplinary cases, grievances, and workplace conflicts
Support managers in handling performance management discussions and corrective actions
Maintain fair and consistent HR practices across teams
HR Operations
Support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment coordination, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle processes
Maintain accurate employee records and HR data
Assist with payroll administration for executives and senior staff
Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and operational roles
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs
Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate hiring processes
HR Projects & Process Improvements
Support HR initiatives such as policy updates, HR process improvements, and organisational initiatives
Assist with implementation of HR policies and internal guidelines
HR Reporting & Compliance
Prepare HR reports and workforce insights for management review
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and Tripartite Guidelines
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in SME or mid-sized organisations
Experience handling employee relations and HR operations
Comfortable working in a hands-on HR role with both operational and advisory responsibilities
Familiar with Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Mature, independent, and able to work closely with management in a fast-paced environment
