Operations Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Operations team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Maintain and organise project documentation and data in a structured and systematic manner.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, progress updates, and work completion documentation using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
- Support the renewal and documentation of company certifications (e.g. ISO).
- Coordinate and consolidate internal project purchases for monthly procurement.
- Liaise with suppliers to source and procure materials at competitive prices.
- Assist the team in planning and updating project schedules and tracking project progress.
- Support the preparation and compilation of tender documents when required.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure project information and documentation are properly maintained.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned
Requirements
· Possess minimum Diploma certificate
· Diploma in Landscape related course or Certified Practising Horticulturist will be an advantage
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
· Good communication and interpersonal skill
· Attention to detail
· Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
· Fresh graduates are welcome
