Adecco is partnering with a public sector organization to look for a HR Operation Manager (Public Sector)
This role is responsible to drive and manage a public service skills development programme by overseeing agency onboarding, technical assessments, data reporting, and process optimisation to enhance workforce capabilities.
The Talent
3-5 years in programme management, operations, or account management.
Experience managing multi-stakeholder initiatives with strong attention to detail.
Ability to simplify complex policies, prepare executive reports, and manage stakeholders.
Proficient in data analysis, Excel, and digital productivity tools; familiarity with AI applications is a plus.
Experience in vendor/partner management.
Knowledge of workforce development, HR transformation, competency frameworks, or technical assessments (good to have)
Job Description
Agency Onboarding: Lead quarterly onboarding cycles, manage submissions, ensure compliance, and provide agencies with guidance and approval outcomes.
Technical Assessments: Coordinate with assessment providers and internal teams to maintain high-quality, role-specific assessments.
Data & Reporting: Maintain tracking systems, generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to inform policy decisions.
Programme Optimisation: Identify opportunities to automate processes and enhance efficiency through digital tools and AI.
